Individualized Treatment Options

More Than Just a One-Size Fits All Approach

We understand that each child we treat has unique needs and challenges. Throughout the treatment process, we work closely with your family to ensure that therapy makes the most of individual strengths and motivations while addressing behavioral deficits.

Spectrum Autism Services, LLC Offers

Assessment

Prior to beginning treatment, every client receives a comprehensive assessment performed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Assessments conducted may include: VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland-3, and PDDBI. Additionally, our team will meet with the client’s family to discuss their child’s unique needs and developmental history.

In-Home Treatment Sessions

One-on-one treatment sessions are conducted by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). During these sessions, behavior intervention plans targeting maladaptive behaviors such as physical aggression, self-injury, self-stimulatory behaviors, elopement, and property destruction will be implemented. Skill Acquisition programs will also be incorporated to teach communication, activities of daily living, and social skills.

Community Outings

Teaching children to function as independently as possible is one of the primary goals of treatment. Therefore, when appropriate we accompany children and their families into the community (e.g. doctor’s visits, grocery store, barber, dentist, daycare, parks, etc.) in order to generalize treatment goals to the natural environment.

Supervision

Each case is designed and monitored by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The supervising BCBA will ensure that staff and family members have the resources and training needed to create lasting behavioral changes.

Parent Training

Parent training is a critical component of our treatment package. We believe that you are your child’s greatest advocate and our goal is to empower families. As valued members of the treatment team, you will be actively involved in the creation and implementation of all interventions.

Consulting Services

We also offer consult services to families seeking educational advocacy and parent implemented behavioral services.
